Q: How to place an order?

A: It is very simple to purchase your favorite dress online. You can place the order with no registration. But we highly recommend you create a registered account before you place the order. The steps are as follows:

1. If you are brand new to our website, we suggest you create an account before you place the order, and then log in to place the order, then you can check your order status and history.

2. Enter the item page you want to order, fill in the wear date( refers to when you need to use the item), choose the gender, standard size or customize, then click" Add to Cart".

3. Click the button "Proceed to Checkout" if your order information is correct. PS: You can use the coupon code to apply for the discount on this page if you have the code.

4. Fill in the correct shipping address, email, phone number, and choose the shipping method payment method, etc, click "Place order now", finally, skip to the Paypal page or Checkout page to finish your payment. then your order is placed.

Q: How to pay for my order?

A: We accept Paypal and other major credit cards (via checkout), please contact us if you would like to pay in other methods. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy and free, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you complete it, you can send your payment in minutes. If you would like to pay via credit card, please view the pictures below for the appropriate procedures. Click "continue checkout" and you will be directed to the next page to fill out your information. You can then use your credit card to pay safely and securely.

Q: How can I know my order status?

A: We will send tracking information to your registration email immediately after ship out.

Q: Why do I need to pay additional custom tax for my items?

A: In certain circumstances, some countries may charge custom taxes for the purchase from other countries. Please kindly note that the buyer should be responsible for the Custom Tax of his country, thanks for your understanding

Q: Which currency do you use?

A: The default currency on our website is USD. If you want to see other currencies, please click the right top to selecting your store's currency, the store will automatically update to display the currency associated with your payment processor.

Q: How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.

Q: Why can’t I find my orders in my account?

A: As you did not create an account when placing your order, you are unable to access any information about your order on our website. If you would like to check the status of your order, please reach out to us via email or message. We'll be happy to assist you. And you can use the same email to register an account after you placed the order, your orders will automatically combine in your account. So you can also log in to check your orders.

Q: Can you add items after making the order?

A: I am sorry, we can't add the items, please place a new order with the same delivery option. Once you've done so, kindly inform us and we'll ship both orders together and refund any excess shipping fees.

 

About Size

Q: Is it the US or the EUR size?

A: Neither of them, it is a special size. So your usual size will not apply here. Please measure yourself carefully, and please double-check the size chart that corresponds to the product page to make sure the size matches your height, chest, waist, and hips.

Q: Is it the clothes measurements?

A: Be aware that the size chart reflects the body’s dimensions and not the clothes themselves.

Q: How much room you guys will make for the costume?

A: The exact measurement of the costume will depend on the fabric and cut ordered and your own individual need for comfort.

Q: How do I measure myself?

A: To obtain more precise measurements ensure that you are wearing thin, tight clothing so that any dimensions taken are as close to your body shape as possible. There is a very small margin for error. For more accurate sizing, you are advised to get someone to help you if possible. Measurements can be taken in either centimeters or inches.

Q: Could you make it for the kids?

A: While we do have an extensive selection of kids cosplay costumes, with bespoke size choices, the adult outfits can also be ordered for your little heroes. However, these will all need to be customized size orders except the size 3XS and 6XS can work.

Q: Which shoe size should I provide?

A: The one of U.S. U.K. EUR. China or MM.

 

About Shipping 

Q: Which country can you ship to?

A: We can ship to all countries except Ukraine.
If the order cannot be delivered, please contact our customer service (cosplayplanservice@gmail.com) in time.

Q: How long does it take to ship out after placing an order?

A: For spot products, we usually need 1-3 days processing time to send out the package.

Q: Will you provide tracking number after sending?

A: Yes, we will add it by order number and send you an email.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties for the package?

A: We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged as it is random. Also, it depends on the policies of each country or region. Please note that the buyer should be responsible for customs duties. If you have any specific questions about tariffs, please feel free to contact us by email.

Q: Is there anything special about props?

A: You need to open it to make sure there is no damage before signing for it.
If there is, just reject it directly and file a claim with the courier company.

Q: Can I choose the courier company?

A: We usually use CNE, YunTu FedEx, DHL, UPS, please email us if you have requirements.

Q: What should I do if I need clothing urgently?

A: You can leave a message to tell us the date you need, or you can send us an email (cosplayplanservice@gmail.com), we will reply you as soon as possible.

 

Q:What is the free shipping offer?

A:Free Shipping service, DHL, and EXPRESS DELIVERY are not supported. All free shipping orders can only be shipped via ECONOMIC DELIVERY, with a delivery time of 25-50 working days.

Q: What should I do if I buy the wrong size garment?

A: If the order is not shipped, first of all, the buyer needs to contact our customer service (cosplayplanservice@gmail.com) in time, and we will solve the problem for you.
If the order has been shipped, after the buyer receives the order, please contact customer service and make sure you have checked the size chart. Then measure the bust, waist, hip circumference, use a tape measure against the garment, make sure the data is clear, and send the photos to us within 72 hours after receiving the garment.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incomplete garment?

A: Take a photo first, and send the photo to our customer service (cosplayplanservice@gmail.com) within 48 hours after receiving it. Don't try it on, we will handle it.

Q: Who will bear the freight for returns?

A: It depends on the situation, if you choose the wrong size or you just want to return it without reason, you should bear the shipping cost. If it is not our fault, we will not bear it. For more details, please contact us by email.

Q: What are the rules for canceling an order?

All orders can be canceled free of charge before the order is shipped. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
