Late arrival and missing pieces

Ordered my costume on 10/15 and paid extra for expedited shipping. Costume should have arrived by 10/24 but hadn't shipped by then. When I reached out to customer service I was told that the costume was sold out in my size and instead of reaching out to me they were manufacturing it and it would be late even though I paid extra to have it in time. Costume arrived on 10/30 missing the mask entirely and fit terribly for a women's costume. I reached out again and was offered a $10 credit and promise they would send the mask but they never did. Awful experience, Lucy from customer service was polite and responsive but this was an awful experience and would not recommend this company to anyone. I will not be back.

Costume was OK- weird sizing and mask was robbers stocking

Costumes arrived in record time- thank you!
The women’s Deadpool costume was weirdly sized. Arms and legs were super long, zipper went right up the butt, but there was weird excess fabric at the front like it was a men’s costume. This meant I had to get the suit altered to fit, but overall a great costume.

That said the “mask” was a flimsy stocking like fabric that you pulled over your head. It was tiny and hurt to wear- I looked like a deranged bank robber.
So I bought a paper craft mask and glued the stocking mask to the paper mask which worked pretty well.
